What's it like at Tsubetsu resort?

Tsubetsu in Japan (located in the Hokkaido prefecture) is a very small ski resort with just three ski lifts but it does boast a respectable 455 metres (1492 feet) of vertical descent. Tsubetsu has 6 pistes. Tsubetsu is best suited to intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for beginners and advanced skiers. We have no information about the existence of any cross country ski trails at Tsubetsu. For snowboarders, there are one or more half pipes.. The nearest train station to Tsubetsu is at Kitami.
